Privacy Policy

How we handle what you share when you register, and how we measure this page. Short, because it should be.

What we collect when you register

When you register we collect your name, email address and phone number. The optional box asking what you want to master is exactly that — optional. We derive your country from your phone number so we know which time zones are in the room; we never ask for your address.

What we use it for

Three things: sending you the daily live link, sending you a reminder before each morning session, and understanding where our congregation is joining from. That is the whole list.

What we never do

We do not sell your details. We do not rent or trade them. We do not run advertising, and we do not add you to unrelated broadcasts you did not ask for.

Where your registration is kept

Registrations are stored with Baserow, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both are third-party processors acting on our instructions, and both are bound by their own privacy terms.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with this website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so we can understand what is confusing and improve the page. In plain terms: Clarity records a reconstruction of your visit — the pages you view, how far you scroll, where you move your pointer, what you tap or click, and roughly where in the world you are — and aggregates it with other visits into heatmaps showing which parts of the page people actually use.

This is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. We use it for one purpose: working out how this page is performing so we can make it clearer. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

What you type into the registration form is not part of this. Clarity masks the contents of input boxes and drop-down menus in every one of its modes, and masked content is never uploaded to Clarity at all — so your name, email and phone number reach us through the form itself, not through a session replay. Clarity additionally masks sensitive content elsewhere on the page, which it classifies as numbers and email addresses.

For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can read how the masking works in Clarity’s masking documentation.

Vercel Analytics

We also use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which links people follow. It is aggregate and cookieless — it does not identify you individually and is not tied to your registration. You can read how it handles data in the Vercel Privacy Policy.

Cookies and tracking

The cookies on this site come from the two services above; we do not set advertising cookies of our own. Analytics only run on the live site, never in development.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a “do not track” or private-browsing mode. Blocking them will not stop you registering or watching a single session — nothing on this site is gated behind analytics.

Leaving the list

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any of them to ask us to delete your details entirely. We will action it, and we will not ask you to justify it.
